Fourth quarter dividend declared

At the Board of Directors meeting held on October 30, 2014, First National Bank Alaska (OTCBB:FBAK) declared a cash dividend of $12.50 per share, payable on December 15, 2014, to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2014.
