First National Announces New Senior Vice Presidents

Bill Inscho and Craig Thorn were both recently promoted to Senior Vice President at First National Bank Alaska.

Inscho has been in the banking industry for 27 years, and has worked at First National for 14 years, where he serves as a member of the Senior Loan Committee. His job responsibilities include business development, the origination of commercial and consumer loans, internal education and training for lenders and liaison to other departments and various business affiliates. Inscho also serves on the board of directors of four nonprofit corporations providing housing to low income persons with disabilities.

Thorn began working at First National in 1984, and has served as Branch Manager at the Palmer, Wasilla and Main Branches. His job responsibilities include overseeing business development, operations and loan portfolio administration for the Palmer, Wasilla and Eagle River Branches. Thorn is actively involved in the community, including organizations such as the Palmer Rotary Club, the Valley Hospital Foundation and Wasilla Christian Church. He is past president of the Palmer Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Mat-Su.

Established in 1922, First National is Alaskas largest Alaskan-owned and operated bank, with ATMs and 27 branches throughout Alaska.
