Calendar Celebrates Commitment to Past, Present and Future

Twelve historical structures and places from around the state are featured in the 2004 calendar, A Walk Through Our Past.

The calendar will be released Dec. 19 at the banks holiday open house, an event hosted at each of the banks 27 branches across the state. Were excited to offer this beautiful portrait of historic places across our state for our customers to enjoy throughout the year, said Betsy Lawer, Vice Chair and Chief Operating Officer of the bank. The images and stories in our 2004 calendar reflect the commitment Alaskans have to our past, present and future.

The 2004 calendar includes such structures as the Whale Bones in Barrow and the Cape St. Elias lighthouse, and highlights the importance of restoring and preserving these types of historical sites.
