Bank president to serve up a slice of tradition

Come get a pre-Thanksgiving dose of pie at any of the 27 First National branches Wednesday, Nov. 24. The treats, along with hot coffee, will be served in branch lobbies during regular bank hours.

Bank President D.H. Cuddy will pay a special visit to the Main Branch at 1:30 p.m. to serve up a slice of pie to a long-time customer. The Main Branch is located at 646 W. Fourth Ave.

Cuddys mother, Lucy Cuddy, originally started this tradition years ago. Its one of the banks ways of saying thank you to its customers during the holiday season.

Established in 1922, First National is Alaskas largest Alaskan-owned and operated bank, with 27 branches throughout Alaska and ATMs in 17 rural communities.
