Bank Gives More Than $300,000 To Alaskans in First Quarter

First National Bank Alaska contributed $309,846 in donations and sponsorships to a wide variety of Alaska organizations in January, February and March of 2004.

Some noteworthy first quarter contributions included: Abused Womens Aid in Crisis (AWAIC); African American Student Leadership Conference, Alaska Junior Theatre, the Alaska School Activities Association; American Red Cross, Beans Caf, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Anchorage for their annual Bowl for Kids Sake fundraiser; the Armed Services YMCA; Alaska Center for the Performing Arts; American Red Cross; Interior Community Health Center, Salvation Arm, the Tesoro Iron Dog 2000 and the Kuskokwim 300 Sled Dog Race.
