Image Tips

• Images should be a minimum of 840 x 840 pixels for best picture quality and may not exceed 10 MB in size.
• Images must be either jpeg, gif, png, bmp or tiff formats.
• For best results and greater image clarity, use larger, high-resolution images. You will have the opportunity to make some adjustments to the appearance of your image in the debit card design lab.
• If you increase the scale of your image too much, it may print poorly if you have a smaller file size.
• The time your image takes to upload depends on your Internet connection speed; the larger the image, the longer it will take to upload.

Unacceptable Images

First National reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a submitted image will be accepted or rejected. All images submitted must have the owner’s consent, including those images downloaded from the Internet. We will reject images that contain any of the following:

• Trademarks, copyrighted materials or brands of any third party, logos, slogans or any material that could infringe on copyright or trademark rights.
• Phone numbers, addresses, URL addresses, account or PIN numbers
• Advertising or promotional material, or branded products
• Celebrities, actors, musicians, professional athletes, politicians or public figures of any kind (the only exception to this is permission-based photos of you, your family members or friends photographed with a famous person)
• Provocative, sexual, profane, obscene, violent or other offensive content
• Nudity or semi-nudity
• Images of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms
• Images that show criminal or illegal activities or otherwise inappropriate behavior
• Culturally insensitive images
• Racial, political, religious or socially sensitive material
• Any image deemed inappropriate by First National Bank Alaska
