First National Bank Alaska’s Board of Directors recently announced three local banking experts will fulfill new roles at Alaska’s largest locally owned bank.
With 14 years of banking experience, Sean Brown joins the bank as Cash Management Administrator. In his new role, Brown is responsible for leading and developing client relationships and the sales efforts of the Cash Management Team. “I look forward to improving service to our customers and helping them run their businesses more efficiently by using enhanced technology and expanded digital services,” Brown said. Previously, Brown worked as a store manager and then as a Treasury Management Sales Consultant at Wells Fargo.
Expert Erica Skiff was promoted to Senior Business Development Officer. A member of the First National team since 2015, Skiff brings more than 10 years of banking experience to her new role. “I like to ensure that my customers have the information and solutions they need to keep their business moving forward,” Skiff said.
More than 30 years of compliance and audit experience ensures Eric Walser comes to First National as its newest Compliance Officer ready to hit the ground running. “I’m looking forward to working for Alaska’s Best Place to Work,” he said. Walser has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University, and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Before joining the First National team, he spent 10 years in the Internal Audit Department at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation.
